Skypark hotel 2 staff

It was clean.

The room was so small. There is even a post that makes it smaller and uncomfortable to move. I would not like to be in the same room. The staff were not friendly. Posted on their brochure is a shuttle transpo to airport. When I ask about this because I needed transportation to airport, the guy said no longer have that (why is their brochure not updated then????), the guy didn't even offer 'oh... we can call a taxi for you, just like other hotels I stayed in). The staff are stringy on smiling especially the receptionist. Koreans are like that??? A robot is better than the receptionist.

Room was small, compare to Central next door. Stayed at central previously and wanted to stay again and booked this hotel by mistake. However, it was small and clean and convenient to have a water dispenser outside.

The hotel is located in the center of Myeongdong and next to the Skypark Central Hotel (nearest subway station is Euljiro-1(il) ga and nearest bus station is Euljiro station or Myeongdong station) which means you’re able to explore Seoul pretty easily. It’s also not strategically located not smack between the stores (unlike Skypark Myeongdong 1) which means you don’t have to deal with so many people in front of your hotel so that’s a bonus. Love the facilities such as coin laundry, microwave, and common area in level B2. There’s also a Coway machine in front of my room which is great.

The room is too small for two person, there’s barely any space to put our luggage or unpack anything because the closet is next to the bed with no moving space. There’s little to no room for ventilation too.

Room was decent enough for two people.

Location was great. Near a bus station, down the street from all the street markets, lots of shopping and bakeries in the area. Check in was simple and easy. They let us drop our luggage in the lobby before our check in. Water pressure was great.

Rooms were smaller than they seemed in the photos. I went with this option rather than an airbnb because it said they had air-condition. My wife gets claustrophobic and this was a concern of hers. When I called down to the front desk about our air conditioning not working properly they stated that it was only for a heater. We had to sleep with our windows cracked open for the room to be comfortable enough to sleep.

Room is quite big for 4 adults. Shower and WC (there's also bathtub and shower head here)are separated. Very near to Euljiro 1 Station (Line 2), maybe 3mins walk. Need to check in at the main building just beside.

All windows were sealed and not able to see the view outside as it was frosted.

Right next to Myeongdong, near public transport. Clean room and comfy beds.

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste for free. You’ll have to buy one from the vending machine in the lobby. Furthermore, you have to check in at Hotel skypark central myeongdong instead of Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 2 lobby so it kind of inconvenient.
